Staff Users
Manage admin and staff accounts
Each staff member has their own username and password. Admins can access all features; Staff can view orders and update statuses only. Use Reset Password to change any user's password at any time.

Security Notes
Passwords are hashed using SHA-256 before being stored and are never saved in plain text.
Admin sessions expire when the browser tab is closed.
Staff accounts have limited access — they can only view and update order statuses.
Always use a strong password combining letters, numbers and symbols.
